Assisted Living Lifestyles provides proactive memory care for seniors who need specialized care coping with Alzheimer's and other memory disorders. The Evergreen Program provides support 24 hours a day. It is guided by nationally recognized experts who consult regularly with us to ensure that our staffing and lifestyles are State-of-the-Heart. We have a house pet and feature regular pet therapy.

Evergreen accommodations are as beautiful as the rest of our buildings, because we offer unwavering services, with a higher level of staffing. The Evergreen Program has its own Program Director, to provide individual programs for each resident and their unique needs. We honor traditions and residents are made to feel like living legends as our staffing patterns are typically 1:12 for caregivers and 1:14 for life enrichment activities. Our staff understands the importance of recognizing individual preferences in daily life.

Our staff is specially trained, to understand the progression of memory disorders and our units are private designed to provide a neighborhood home style approach to cater to these very important people. Neighborhoods are limited to 28 residents. Above all, our staff is exceptionally caring, insightful people who bring compassion, companionship and mental stimulation to our residents.

We offer a philosophy of care designed to support the highest practicable level of engagement and function for those experiencing dementia. We focus on residents' remaining abilities, not on what they have lost. We work to find easier ways for them to stay involved in daily life fostering their remaining cognitive and functional abilities and promoting themselves. You will find that our person-centered care promotes keeping residents active and involved. This can include determining activities that residents once enjoyed and trying to stimulate interest again. You will find an environment that preserves the warmth, caring, comforts and routines that were part of home. Our Evergreen Programs are dedicated to providing specialized Alzheimer's care in an assisted living setting. Many of our communities provide this level of Alzheimer's care for their patients in later stages of the disease. In addition, we offer compassionate hospice care for families and patients experiencing the final stages of the disease.

For our residents with memory loss, we not only offer the same assisted living services as one would need, but more! Evergreen has both private and semi-private apartments, dining and common areas, and is all within a warm yet secured environment. Special activities and support services are offered to provide the maximum quality of life for those with memory loss. We recognize that there are few options available to adult children and spouses who may be the primary caregiver for family members diagnosed with dementia. By providing an alternative environment to a nursing home, Evergreen offers a personalized family approach to meeting the needs of residents challenged with memory loss. We personally accompany you on your search asking questions you might not think of on your own and help to sculpture a lifestyles specialized for your loved one.
